Imperial Canine is a home boarding facility, meaning your dog(s) are boarded in our home with our own two dogs. We are not a kennell. For this reason all dogs must be friendly towards other dogs and well socialised. We cater for small and large dogs.

All new dogs are subject to a set introduction process with our own two dogs to ensure everyone is comfortable and happy. This takes place on the first day’s day care. We can accomodate a meet prior to booking, but there is a set process which starts with a walk then progresses to a full introduction in our enclosed garden.

The process is as follows:

• Upon booking, owner will be asked questions regarding dogs behaviour, sociability, and whether your dog is neutred / vaccinated

• Meet and greet with Dominique (Behavioural assessment)

• Short walk with dogs

• Off leash introduction in our enclosed garden

• Please note this process takes place outside

• We have the facilites to separate dogs if needed and 24/7 supervision is in place

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

We require a minimum of 2 days day care per month to become a client. This is to ensure our own two dogs have a familiar bunch of regular dogs.

For Overnight boarding, We can accomodate new clients subject to availability. For new dogs, a day’s day care is required prior to overnight boarding bookings to allow us to assess behaviour.

DAYCARE TIMES

Times can be flexible to suit you, 8-9 hours is standard however we can discuss your needs.

PAYMENT TERMS

A monthly billing cycle in place, payable for the month ahead and no later than 24hrs prior to booking. Billing is due by 1st of each month.

CANCELLATIONS

For cancellations within 24hrs of appointment, full payment is required.
